I'm back, well I think so anyway. It seems that last weekend's drenching caused some damage to the national telecommunications carrier's cables in our area. The Internet connection was operating at 1/3 of it's speed. A technician is coming tomorrow to have a closer look and do some repair work. The kid's are having dinner so I thought I would give the net a try and touch wood so far so good.
This week I thought I would show you some pillows I am mad about. I actually own some which bought well before my spending hiatus (I'll be posting an update on Monday on the last 2 weeks' progress) and others that are on my wish list to buy or to make.
F is taking the day off tomorrow, I am getting on a train at lunch for a trip to our nation's capital for the weekend. I am looking forward to the 4 1/2 hour train ride, I have a book and some magazines to read (my mum gave me a couple of subscriptions for my birthday last year, the gift that just keeps giving!!). So I won't be posting until Monday with my wrap up of my weekend trip.
Have a happy weekend.

  3. I so love the pillows! They would fit perfectly into our home :) Enjoy your trip to Canberra, initially it may feel a little strange to be away from your family, but I'm sure it will be no time before you slip into holiday mode. Enjoy every minute!
