I just love the way Giovanna Battaglia dresses. Her wardrobe is a mixture of wit and whimsy.
This is how I liked to dress before the practicality of new motherhood meant that out went short skirts and heels and in came jeans and converse sneakers!!
I'm going to brag now, I was known as EMM (my initials before marriage) because I was known to make fun fashion choices just like SJP (and her alter ego Carrie)!!!!
Now my boys are getting older, I am slowly returning to my days of dresses and short skirts and I'm looking to Giovanna for inspiration. The challenge is how to mix this style with the fact that I have to run around after two energetic boys. I'll keep you posted.

I, like you have also decided that this year I am going to start dressing like my 'real self' again, even if that means I have to don a beautiful dress, just to sit and study in or hang out the washing in...I don't care:) Mind you i think the hemline will be longer than I used to wear and the size may be a little bigger ;) Love this inspriational post Engracia.
